UltimatePlayer is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. UltimatePlayer Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Microsoft Store and subject to its terms, including its refund policies. You are responsible for having the rights to the music you play and for backing up your files, especially before editing tags. To the extent permitted by law, jfdeveloper is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

UltimatePlayer uses FFmpeg under the LGPL; license notices for third-party components are in the app (Settings › About).
